Privacy and the working relationship

Your records are kept separate from other clients’ records. They’re not sold or treated as content. If your public name, working name, and legal name are different, Levee will use the right one in the right place.
Before paid work starts, you and Levee sign a short engagement letter with the package, scope, and price in writing. The first month’s fee is the deposit. There’s no long contract or cancellation fee, and either of you can end the work with a note.
