Coming Up Roses
Remote online notarization · All 50 states

Notarized over video, wherever you are.

A New York notary can legally notarize for signers located anywhere in the United States, over secure video. You don't travel, you don't hunt for a notary in a strange town, and the whole thing usually takes about fifteen minutes.

Send a short note about your document and where you are. Levee replies with a session time, usually within a day.

One price, set by law

ServiceFeeWhat it covers
Remote notarization, first document$25The New York State maximum, and it includes everything: the video platform, the identity check, the notarization. No technology fee, no add-ons. That's the law and Levee follows it happily.
Each additional document, same session$25 eachEvery notarized document counts as its own notarial act under New York's rule. Three documents in one sitting is $75, and you'll know that before the call starts.

How it works

Reach out with your documentTell Levee what needs notarizing and roughly when works for you. You'll get a session time and simple joining instructions back.
Join the video sessionYou'll need a government-issued photo ID and a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera. Your identity is verified on screen, the way the law requires.
Sign, and you're doneYou sign electronically while Levee watches, the notarial certificate and seal are applied, and the finished document comes back to you the same day.
Good for powers of attorney, affidavits, consent forms, business filings, and most everyday documents. A few document types have their own witnessing rules that vary by state, so if you're not sure yours qualifies, just ask. Levee would rather tell you no up front than waste your $25.

Why people pick the video option

It's the fastest notarization there is. No drive, no waiting room, no taking an afternoon off work. It works from a hospital bed, an RV, a military base overseas with a US document, or your couch at 7pm. And because the fee is capped by New York law, it's often cheaper than the big online notary platforms.

Prefer paper and a handshake? If you're in northern New York, Levee also comes to you in person.

One short note is all it takes to get started.
